Dr. Regan Baucke is the Lead Data Scientist at Ampersand Technologies, joining the company in February 2022.

Regan holds both a BSc. (Hons.) and PhD. from the University of Auckland, the latter involving work to model risk aversion. Before joining Ampersand, Regan had data scientist roles with both Fonterra and Air New Zealand. At Ampersand, Regan is developing the bioinformatic tools that allow the company to rapidly prototype new LAMP diagnostics.

In his spare time Regan likes to play Irish music.
